Welcome to the Erie Metro Individual Hockey Player Signup

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2024-2025 Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register as a player. Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Create an account in Sports Engine with name, email, and password. Then Continue into registration to complete roster information. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

1)  Players must create an account in Sports Engine first.

2)  After the account is created in Sports Engine please go into registration and enter USA  Hockey number.

      See Blue Button below: (Sign In) then (Continue)

3)  Next complete the player information profile.  All questions must be answered. Also please upload a head shot photo of the player if possible. If you can not or do not have a picture available please notify the league and a picture will be taken and uploaded for you.

4)  No payment is necessary during registration.
